Whether you are new to yoga or wanting a refresh this course will take you gently through foundational yoga postures, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation. This course will enable you to get comfortable and confident with yoga, helping you to feel at ease when you step into/return to, your first public class.

Breathe, Move & Be - Mindful Yoga
mixed ABILITIES
A mindful, breath infused, yoga inspired practice to build physical, mental and emotional strength and resilience.

Simple breathwork, meditation and mindfulness will be weaved throughout each practice, so that you can slow down, tune in, get grounded and respond to the busyness of your life from a calm and fearless place instead of stress driven reacting.

A recording of each class will be provided, enabling you to revisit the practice as many times as you want.

breathe move & stretch chair yoga
A combination of chair yoga/standing postures, whole body mobility movements and breathwork to help increase mobility, improve breathing capacity, reduce stress & age dynamically as best you can - regardless of age or ability.
If a ‘normal’ floor yoga class is not for you for whatever reason but you still want all the benefits that yoga has to offer – then this is for you.

SUNDAY SOUL SOOTHER
The Sunday Soul Soother is based on Daring To Rest Yoga Nidra - a sleep based meditation.
Find calm and internal spaciousness, balance your nervous system and reduce physical, mental and emotional exhaustion by leaning back or lyging down and closing your eyes as you are guided through meditation.
It is the ideal way to recharge your batteries encouraging the mind to quieten, breath to soften & deepen through guided meditation & breathwork.
one 2 one
Private yoga classes differ from a group class in that the intention of a group class is set by the Yoga teacher – to provide a class to a wider audience, while taking note of the various health conditions the class will be more generalised. Whereas in a private class they are specific and unique to the student – taking into account health, fitness level, available time and goals - what is it you want to achieve out of your yoga practice.

It might be that you are new to Yoga and want to get familiar with the ‘foundation’ asanas (postures) before heading into a public class. Or perhaps you are more experienced and want to delve deeper into specific areas of yoga both physical and mental.

A private class will start by developing an initial practice based on what you need, want and are willing to do. In consecutive sessions progress is checked and reviewed, making slight changes to the practice if needed. The effectiveness of the practice will be reviewed after its been done consistently for some time.
Private classes are available on a one to one basis, couples or groups. Prices will vary depending upon requirements, please contact me to discuss further.
