1lb of frozen fruit.
2tbsp chia seeds
Honey to taste
Place fruit into a saucepan and gently heat until fruit becomes sofr
Mash fruit with a potato masher to the consistency that you would like
Add the chia seeds and then simmer for 5 – 10 minutes on a low heat
Turn off the heat and allow to cool
Put jam into a glass jar with lid and place in fridge
The jam should last in the fridge for up to 1 week
