These restorative classes are the perfect way to wind down. Using a variety of props in restorative yoga, the body is fully supported so that there is no active engagement of the muscles. Instead, they get to gently stretch, soften and release into the comfort of the props.

Restorative yoga promotes deep rest and relaxation. It is the ideal way to recharge your batteries encouraging the mind to quieten, breath to soften & deepen through gentle music, guided meditations & breathwork.
