Do you take your breath for granted? Or can you learn to use it to your advantage? “Why not?” you say – after all it is an automatic process that works without us consciously thinking about it whether we are awake or asleep? Our breath automatically fluctuates throughout the day depending upon what we are doing, sitting, standing, running walking, and did you know that our body even automatically alternates which nostril is more dominant (without having a cold that is 😊). Al
